this app is completely pointless. offers no real support on how to connect. no way to select the model to ensure that the instructions provided are correct. they'll take your money before they tell you how to even connect your device. they say the service is for multiple devices but you can't even connect one before paying. very scummy

My mini split can only be wifi controlled using this app. I understand limited functionality without paying, but zero functionality? My unit has lots of features, you'd think the free version of this app would at the very least let you change the temperature or mode, but you can't even add a device without subscribing. I could live without the enhanced feature controls, but I guess I have to live with zero WiFi controls unless I want to pay. The Free version should offer SOME useability.

Complete scam. I suspect the positive reviews are fake. In the current version of the app you cannot manage ANY devices without paying $5/week or $30/month, not even one. Listen... I only have a single "smart" lightbulb, and I have to pay a subscription that costs more than Netflix just to change the color? A word of advice: make your flagrant greed less obvious. There's plenty of other products like this with apps that are free to use.
